They actually had the size I was looking for when pretty much everywhere else was sold out, so yeah, that was a nice win.

"Cute designs, but I’m not totally sold on the eco claims"
I really like the designs, they’re fun and easy to wear. But the sustainability info feels a bit vague to me. I wish they shared more details about the materials they use and what the factory impact looks like. I’d feel a lot better buying if that side was more clearly explained.

I ordered a bag from loewe.com, it looked just like it did online. The color, size, and little details all seemed to match the photos really well, at least from what I can tell. There weren’t any weird surprises when it arrived, which I definitely appreciated.

I got a loewe bag recently, the first thing I kept noticing was how good the leather feels. I’m probably a bit picky about texture, but this one really stood out to me. "Nice Packaging, But Check the Box"
Just a heads-up for anyone ordering: the package showed up in a really nice box and everything inside was packed super neatly. It felt fancy to open. That said, I did notice a tiny dent on one corner, so I’m taking off one star for that. Not a huge deal, but definitely worth checking when yours arrives.

"Great bag, just wish shipping was faster"
I ordered the small Puzzle bag from Loewe and it showed up packaged really nicely, with all the tags attached. it looks completely authentic to me and feels even better than I expected. Shipping was a little slow, but the tracking updates were clear the whole time, so I wasn’t worried. I’d definitely buy again

The leather feels really soft right out of the box, which I definitely appreciate. I do wish it had a little more structure, because it can feel slightly too relaxed at times. That said, it’s been holding up great so far and still looks really nice with regular use

Loewe definitely isn’t cheap, so I was a little nervous spending that much, but honestly… I feel like the value is there, right? The bag I bought feels so well made, the leather is really soft, and the stitching looks super solid. Shipping was easy and smooth too, which helped. I saved up for it, and I really don’t regret it at all. If you’re looking for something that feels special and seems like it’ll actually last, I think the price kind of makes sense

I ordered from loewe and everything arrived in good condition, so no real complaints there. The shipping updates weren’t always immediate, but they were clear enough that I generally knew where my package was. It did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but as long as it shows up safely and isn’t a total guessing game, that’s what matters most. Overall, a fine experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes from loewe.com they’re so comfy. Like, really really comfy. I wore them out for pretty much the whole day and my feet didn’t hurt at all, which almost never happens for me. Delivery was fine too, no issues there. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I bought a loewe bag last year and I’ve been using it a lot, like pretty much on the regular. The leather still looks really nice and the stitching is holding up, so the quality is legit.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the corners started looking a little worn sooner than I expected. It’s not a huge deal or anything, just kinda noticeable. Overall though, I’m still happy with it

"Was nervous at first, but the refund was smooth"
I ordered something from loewe.com and ended up having to send it back because the fit just wasn’t what I expected. Since it definitely wasn’t cheap, I was already bracing myself for a stressful return situation.

But then, weirdly enough, everything went super smoothly. The refund came through quickly after they received the package, no chasing, no awkward delays, nothing. I went from being annoyed and nervous to actually impressed

"Nice staff and a good bag pick"
The staff was really kind and helped me pick out a bag. I wasn’t totally sure what I wanted, but they showed me a few options and somehow the one they suggested felt like the right one, even though I mostly chose it because it looked nice. Overall, good experience
